1. Overview
TurboWL SRL (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates Phantom Studio (formerly PhantomWP) (the “Service”). This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for purchases made through the Service.
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Refunds are processed by Paddle on our behalf in line with this policy and Paddle’s Refund Policy. Where applicable consumer-protection laws or Paddle’s Refund Policy provide stronger rights, those higher standards apply.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a no-questions-asked 30-day money-back guarantee on every paid purchase of Phantom Studio. If you’re not happy with the Service for any reason, just ask and we’ll refund you in full.

Any reason. No forms. No exceptions. If you contact us within 30 days of your purchase, you get your money back.
3. What’s Covered
The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to:
- One-time purchases (including the Lifetime Deal)
- Initial subscription purchases
- Each subscription renewal — every renewal charge has its own fresh 30-day window
To request a refund, contact us within 30 days of the charge you want refunded.
4. How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund in either of the following ways. Either route reaches the same place.
Option 1 — Contact us
- Email refunds@phantomstudio.app or support@phantomstudio.app.
- Include the email address you used at checkout or the order/transaction ID from your receipt.
- You don’t need to give a reason, but if you’d like to share feedback we’re grateful for it.
Option 2 — Contact Paddle directly
- Use the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle receipt email.
- Or visit paddle.net and choose “Request refund”.
5. Processing and Timing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Paddle.
- Paddle aims to process eligible refunds within 14 days of approval; most are completed within a few business days.
- Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original purchase.
- Depending on your bank or card provider, the refunded amount may take a few additional business days to appear in your account.
Once a refund is issued, access to the refunded purchase will end. If you continue to use Phantom Studio after a refund, that use will be billed under a new purchase.
6. Your Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under your local consumer-protection laws. In particular:
- EU / EEA / Switzerland / UK: you have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from digital service contracts (with certain exceptions for digital content you have begun to use). Annual UK subscriptions also have a fresh 14-day withdrawal window each year on renewal.
- Turkey / Israel: 14-day statutory right of withdrawal.
- South Korea / Brazil / China / Canada: 7-day unconditional right to cancel after delivery.
- Singapore: 5-day unconditional right to cancel after delivery or first access.
- Online Dispute Resolution (EU): you may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Where local consumer-protection laws or Paddle’s Refund Policy provide additional or stronger rights, the higher standard applies. Our 30-day money-back guarantee is offered on top of these baseline rights.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Please contact us or Paddle first before raising a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer — we can almost always resolve refund requests faster that way.
If a chargeback is initiated, access to the relevant purchase may be temporarily suspended while the matter is reviewed by Paddle and the payment provider, as described in Paddle’s Refund Policy. This does not affect any lawful right you have to dispute a charge under card-scheme or consumer-protection rules.
8. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancelling a subscription and requesting a refund are two different things:
- Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for.
- Refund returns money for a specific charge and ends access to the refunded purchase.
If you want your money back, please ask for a refund explicitly using the methods in section 4 — cancelling a subscription on its own won’t trigger a refund.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase, and we’ll update the “Last updated” date above whenever we make changes.
